Washington Driving Tours

Chuckanut Drive (Bellingham)- A short 10 mile drive beginning south of Fairhaven Park on Highway 11 which allows you a majestic view of the Puget Sound and the San Juan Islands.

State Route 14 (aka Lewis & Clark Trail) - This 47 mile stretch of road in Skamania County is along the scenic Columbia River Gorge. As you drive along this impressive byway, you will cross the Cascade Mountains near sea level. There is no “bad time” of the year to make this beautiful drive.

Cascade Loop Scenic Drive (441 miles)-Passing through an assortment of towns like the Bavarian village of Leavenworth, historic Snohomish, the Apple Capital of Wenatchee, lakeside Chelan and many others, this delightful drive is a must. Along the route (uses highways 153,97,2 & 20) you will see a bit of all things Washington. From the majestic Liberty Bell Mountain, the tulips of the Skagit Valley, scenic mountain passes to fragrant orchards and feel the salty sea breezes along the coast, you won’t be disappointed. And while a picture won’t do justice to the gorgeous scenery, still be sure to have your camera!
